Before you start listing

Read these terms — they govern your use of PropertyQuest as a property marketer. By accepting, you agree to comply with them.

1. Introduction

Welcome to PropertyQuest. These Terms govern your use of our property marketing services. By registering as a marketer, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

To market properties on our platform you must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A licensed real estate agent, broker, property manager, developer, or property owner
  • Authorised to list and market the properties you submit
  • In compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations
3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Property listings

All listings must:

  • Contain accurate, truthful information
  • Include only properties you are authorised to market
  • Comply with fair-housing and anti-discrimination regulations
  • Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Include clear, accurate images of the property
5. Fees & payments

Our fee structure is outlined on our pricing page. We may modify fees with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent or misleading property listings
  • Engage in activity that violates applicable laws
  • Manipulate or interfere with the platform's functionality
  • Harvest user information without consent
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications
7. Content ownership

You retain ownership of submitted content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display it for operating and promoting the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. You may terminate at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
